ADDITIONAL CARE
Spathiphyllum Clevelandii | Peace Lily are often planted in the ground only in tropical areas such as Florida or Hawaii; generally, they are only grown as potted plants. If you have potted Peace Lily, you may take them outside during the summer, but bring them back inside when the temps drop. When planted in pots, the soil for Peace Lilies must be maintained moist but not soggy, otherwise the leaves may turn yellow. Avoid direct sunlight, but provide plenty bright filtered light.
Regular feedings result in the best plant and seasonal flowering for peace lilies. Feed your plant once a week over the summer, or use slow-release grains at the start of the season. Spathiphyllum Clevelandii grow when they are relatively root-bound. However, if the plant has already grown the pot, it can be potted into a larger pot in the early spring. It’s time to repot if you spot roots coming out of the soil and down from the drainage holes.
