PLANT CARE ( Alocasia Frydek )

	Keep Alocasia Frydek in temperatures of 65°F (18°C) to 85°F (29°C) and fertilize monthly when actively growing.
	Bright, indirect light. Avoid more than 1-2 hours of direct sunlight.
	Try to maintain humidity above 50%. Leaves can develop brown tips or edges if humidity is too low.
	Water once the top 1-2 inches of soil is dry. Water use varies widely during the year, so monitor the plant, rather than watering on a schedule.

ADDITIONAL CARE

Alocasia Frydek needs fertile soil that stays moist for an extended time and that is rich in humus or peat. The soil needs to be well-draining. So it is advised to add chunky bits to your potting soil such as perlite, pumice, and orchid bark. This will ensure that the soil is well-draining. Alocasia Frydek does best in potting mix that drains very well but is able to retain a little moisture, to keep the soil lightly moist most of the time. Alocasia Frydek needs more fertilizer than many houseplants. I normally apply a fast-acting, water-soluble fertilizer every 3-4 weeks while the plant is actively growing.
