The low-maintenance Hoya Publicly Splash plant needs minimal care. Grow it in a well-draining potting mix or soil with good aeration. Water the splash well in the growing season. But avoiding over-watering or soggy soil; makes the Splash vulnerable to root rot and other fungal diseases.
