LILIUM AZIA ADDITIONAL CARE GUIDE
For optimal growth, treat Lilium azia very well in the growing seasons. After planting, it is important to apply 2 to 3 inches of mulch layer over the soil and replenish it manually. Initially, these lilies don’t require regular watering when they are growing in the ground, but they need some water in the drying season of the summer. However, regular watering is important, especially in spring and summer for potted plants.
It is recommended to use slow-release fertilizers to feed and nourish the Lilium azia plant during the spring season. Additionally, liquid fertilizers should be applied throughout the growing season, particularly when the plants are in bloom.
Once the flowers have wilted, it’s vital to cut them off and the developing seed pods. To ensure robust growth even after flowering, weekly liquid feeding can be highly beneficial. This helps the bulbs accumulate ample energy for the next year’s flowering. Do not prune the flower stems and foliage until they naturally wither in the autumn, at which point they can be cut down to ground level.
NOTE
An example picture gives a trustworthy image of the plant with good care. The plant in the example picture is not the plant that will be delivered. This is an example, so variations are possible. Eventually, the delivered plant may differ in, for example, size, the number of flowers, and the number of branches. The plant will be in a plastic pot, not the one shown in the picture.
