	The plant requires a temperature range of 22-35°c for its best growth.
	Right from germination to flowering to fruiting, the Lady Finger Plant (Okra) needs a full blast of sunlight.
	This plant adapts to high humidity. There is a constant need for heat and moisture.
	Water your potted plant every day in summer & every alternate day in winter. Water in the soil near the plant.

ADDITIONAL CARE

Once the Lady Finger | Okra plants start to grow, thin them so they are spaced 12 to 18 inches apart. Additionally, keep the home garden weed-free and mulch to suppress weeds. Side dress Lady Finger | Okra plant with aged compost after planting and again when plants start to set pods. And keep the plant evenly moist, it can go nearly but not completely dry. Water well after application otherwise, the leaves will go yellow. However, if you want plenty of pods all growing season you’re going to have to feed your Lady Finger Plant (Okra) well. If you grow Lady Finger Plant (Okra) on a terrace garden then grow bags are a good idea. If you have a vegetable patch in a sunny outdoor garden then you can either plant them straight in the ground or in containers suitable for vegetable growing.
