Most ficus trees enjoy bright indirect or filtered light with variegated varieties happily able to take medium light
Moderate humidity above 60%
When watering, always check the top of the soil first. If the top of the soil is wet, do not water it as this means they have enough moisture. |
ADDITIONAL CARE
Give the Ficus Panda Multi Head enough water to keep the soil evenly moist, but not wet, during the spring and summer months. Reduce the water applications in the fall and winter months by applying water only once the soil becomes slightly dry to prevent over-saturation that promotes root rot. The best soil to use for growing ficus trees is sandy clay soil. This kind of soil will be able to hold water and nutrients and will also be able to allow excess water and nutrients to drain away from the soil. Apply liquid fertilizer or slow-release fertilizer once in 15 days. Always fertilizer the plants during the morning hours when the temperature is low. For best results use Folikraft ready-to-use Outdoor Plant Food / Flower Booster.
