	Average room temperatures of 65°F (16°C) — 75°F (24°C) are suitable and no lower than 55°F (12.7°C).
	The cycas Revoluta grows at its best with bright light, without direct sunlight.
	Average to above-average humidity levels are best suited.
	The soil is best kept moist, so water once the soil begins to dry slightly at the top. Over-watering or watering at the crown of the plant can cause the plant to rot.

The Cycas Revoluta | Sago Palm is easy enough for most growers to care for and maintain, but not quite a beginner plant. You will need to provide plenty of bright light, above average humidity levels, do not overwater, and have plenty of patience with a young plant. Sago palms appreciate a warm and bright environment, though harsh sunlight can damage the foliage. They also like humidity, supplemented by misting them regularly with clean water from a spray bottle. You also can place the Cycas Revoluta | Sago Palm plant container on a tray filled with water and pebbles, as long as the bottom of the pot isn’t touching the water. Sitting water can cause root rot. These plants are sensitive to overwatering and poorly drained soil. So make sure the soil surface dries out in between waterings. Choose a pot with ample drainage holes for container plantings.
