	Thrives in medium to bright indirect light and can tolerate low indirect light.
	Can tolerate some dry, indoor air, but does better with a little extra humidity.
	Water once the soil begins to dry out. Do not overwater and ensure the plant has proper drainage to prevent root rot.

If you are looking for a plant resembling bamboo, then a Chamaedorea Elegans | Parlor Palm is the right choice for you. You usually find larger specimens of the palm planted with three plants per container. If given an adequate amount of light, which doesn’t always happen indoors, Parlor Palms produce clusters of yellow flowers in springtime. Dark, blackberries follow the flowers. If your palm fails to bloom while growing indoors, do not stress. This is normally based on typical growing conditions inside the home. When grown outdoors in its preferred environment, a Chamaedorea Elegans | Parlor Palm can grow up to 8 feet tall. However, when grown indoors as a houseplant, it typically grows to a mature height of around 4 feet.
