	Average room (65-75°F/18-24°C). Begonias are not cold-tolerant and can be damaged by temperatures below 50°F/13°C.
	Give your begonia bright, indirect light. You’ll get the best leaf color this way. It thrives under fluorescent lights.
	This fancy-leaf begonia likes 50% relative humidity or higher.
	Water thoroughly, allowing the top 1 in (2.5 cm) of soil to dry out between waterings.

Growing a Begonia Blad Masoniana is a piece of cake as long as you follow some of its growth requirements. Once a month you can wipe down the plant leaves using a damp cloth to clean away any dust that has collected and may be preventing the leaves from breathing. However, It’s completely normal for older leaves, lower down on the stem of the plant, to fade in color and brown off as they age. Prune off any damaged or dying leaves using a sharp pair of scissors or secateurs so that the plant can put more energy into the newer, healthier growth.
